The Surgeons

You choose a surgeon, not a clinic

People make this decision based on the person who will care for them. Each of our surgeons keeps a limited caseload so that experience runs deep and consultations stay unhurried.

Medical Director & Facial Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Elena Marsh

Dr. Marsh founded Meridian after a decade in academic medicine, drawn to the idea of a practice built around unhurried consultations and conservative planning. She focuses on facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty, and is known among patients for drawing exactly what she plans to do before she does it.

I would rather a patient leave the consultation with a smaller plan and total clarity than a dramatic one built on uncertainty.

Breast & Body Contouring Surgeon

Dr. Marcus Whitfield

Dr. Whitfield's practice centers on breast surgery and body contouring, including post-weight-loss procedures. He trained extensively in both implant-based and autologous reconstructive techniques, and brings that same tissue-handling precision to cosmetic body cases.

Reconstructive & Breast Surgeon

Dr. Priya Anand

Dr. Anand leads our reconstructive practice, working closely with oncology teams across the region on post-mastectomy reconstruction. She also sees cosmetic breast patients, and describes both sides of her practice as fundamentally about restoring a sense of normalcy.

Reconstruction isn't about erasing what happened. It's about giving someone a body that feels like theirs again.

Aesthetic & Non-Surgical Director

Dr. Julian Cho

Dr. Cho oversees our injectables and laser services, and performs facial cosmetic surgery including rhinoplasty and eyelid procedures. He trained in both surgical and non-surgical aesthetics, which he says makes him more conservative with injectables, not less — he's seen what over-treatment looks like years later.

The best injectable work is the kind nobody notices as work. If a friend asks what changed, we've probably done too much.
