Breast
Breast Augmentation
Uses implants or fat transfer to increase breast volume and improve symmetry.
Overview
Breast augmentation is one of the most requested procedures we perform, and also one of the most personal. We spend significant consultation time on implant type, size, and placement, using sizers so you can see and feel options before committing. For some patients, fat transfer from another area is a better fit than an implant, and we'll discuss both honestly.
What to expect
The journey
- 01
Sizing consultation
Try-on sizers and 3D imaging help translate a size in cc's into something you can actually visualize on your body.
- 02
Implant and incision planning
We review silicone versus saline, placement above or below the muscle, and incision location together.
- 03
Procedure day
Outpatient surgery under general anesthesia, typically completed within one to two hours.
- 04
One-week check
We assess healing, swelling, and positioning, and clear you for gradually increasing activity.
Afterward
Recovery
- 01
Days 1–5
Tightness and swelling are most noticeable; a supportive surgical bra is worn continuously.
- 02
Weeks 2–4
Most patients resume desk work within one to two weeks and light cardio around week four.
- 03
3–6 months
Implants settle into a more natural position and shape as tissues relax.
